When this note is used by members and submitted to the Board it’s to be accepted by them.  When it isn’t accepted then we have grounds to take further action as it’s an approved medical document that was created and put into our Collective Agreement in the Central Language to be accepted by all School Boards in Ontario.  This was agreed with OSBCU and the Government in 2020.

Retired or thinking of Retiring in 2023?

Members who have retired or are retiring after January 1, 2023 you are still able to use your health spending account.  You need to pay for your health care needs medical or dental and then submit the form along with your receipt and a void cheque to the address provided on the paper expense forms found in the link below.  The last pages of the document.  You would have received in this account $500.00 for the 2023 year.
