Elections for Bargaining committee 5 spots

Proposed Bylaw Change

Current bylaw : Section 6 (c) Quorum.

The minimum number of members required to be in attendance for the transaction of business at any regular or special meeting shall be fifteen (15) members, including at least (6) members of the Executive board.

Proposed change: Bylaw amendment Bylaw Section 6 (c) Quorum:  The minimum number of members required to be in attendance for the transaction of business at any regular or special meeting shall be (10) members including (3) members of the Executive board.

Reasoning:

This will allow the regular business of the General meetings and any special membership meetings to continue on a timely basis and continue to move the work of the local forward.
